Sometimes, you may need to export data from the online academy or import data into it. These imports and exports can be found in the Download Center.
What can you do in the Download Centre?
The Download Centre contains everything that is imported or exported within the online academy. For example, it includes bulk-imported users or an export file containing all users of a specific e-learning.
How does the Download Centre work?
You can find the Download Centre on the left side of the menu. The columns provide information about the respective requests. You can see whether it is an import (input) or export (output) file, the type of import or export, the date of the request, the availability period of the request, and the status.
Once the export is processed, an additional button appears, allowing you to download the file. This button remains available for the entire day.
