Sometimes you may want to export data from the online academy, or import data into it. These imports and exports can be found in the download centre.
What can I do in the download centre?
In the download centre, you’ll find everything that has been imported to or exported from the online academy. This includes, for example, users imported in bulk or an export listing all users enrolled in a specific e-learning module.
How does the download centre work?
From the menu bar on the left, go to "Downloads".
The columns provide information about the respective requests. You can see whether it concerns an import (input) or export (output) file, what type of import or export it is, when the request was made, until when it is available, and what its status is.
Once the export has been processed, an extra button will appear allowing you to download the file. This button remains available for one full day.
