Add a company, or multiple companies, to your organisational structure.
Adding a company
To add a company, go to your 'Organisational structure' and then to the 'Companies' tab. Click on the '+' to add a company. Give the company a name and save the changes using the button at the bottom.
What can I do with Companies?
Departments. Assign departments to a company so you can track which department belongs to which company.
Analysis. Companies are visible in reports and tables, such as in My Team. This helps with analyzing the usage of the academy.
Assign. You can assign learning activities to a company. This way, all users within that company are automatically enrolled in the specified learning activities. Additionally, you can assign qualifications to a company to ensure that users within that company obtain the necessary certifications.
Managers. Companies help you set up the management structure. Through the Management rights tab of an individual manager, you can link a manager to a company. The Managers tab of a company provides insight into which managers have access to the company. You can also add or remove managers here; however, they must already be existing managers.
Users. The Participants tab of a company provides an overview of which users are associated with the company. You cannot add or remove users here; this must be done via the Users section in the menu on the left side of the screen.
