By adding a banner, you can make your content more visually appealing and easier to read. A banner can be used to support the content, or to separate two learning formats with different topics. This helps you avoid presenting long, uninterrupted blocks of text to the user.

How do I add a banner?

  1. Open the e-learning or microlearning where you want to add the learning format via "Content", and click "Edit".

  2. Select the learning format "Banner."

  3. Add a title. The banner will be saved as a learning format in the Warehouse based on the title. You can hide the title from users by clicking the eye icon next to the title.

  4. Add the banner image by clicking "Add image".
You can either upload your own image or search for images from Unsplash.

  5. Optionally, adjust the following settings:

    • Reposition the image to make sure the right part is visible.

    • Add text to the Banner text field. This text will appear within the image.

    • Use the "Dark text" toggle to choose whether the text appears in black or white.

Tip!

You can add learning objectives and tags to learning formats. Learning objectives are useful for creating exams based on specific objectives. By using tags, you can easily find content in the Warehouse. As you start typing, suggestions will appear for learning objectives and tags you have previously used.
