As an administrator and manager, you want to gain insight into the progress and development of your users. Under “Insights”, you always have immediate access to the current status. For example, you can see how far everyone has progressed with an e-learning course, whether users are learning primarily via the app or the web, and who does or does not meet their qualifications.

From “Insights”, you can choose which learning analytics you want to view. Read below to find out what you can see on each of these different pages.

Overview

The “Overview” page provides insight into your team’s development, how many users are qualified, no longer qualified, or nearly unqualified, and how much activity has taken place in your online academy over the past weeks or months.

Team members

We provide insights not only into your entire team, but also into individual users. In the overview, you can see how a single user is performing and which activities, playlists, and qualifications they are enrolled in.

Learning activities

Here, you will have an overview of all active learning activities in your online academy. You can see how many users are enrolled and what the total progress is for all these users. When you click on a learning activity, you can see which users are enrolled and exactly how far they have progressed.

Learning Playlists

Here, you will find a complete overview of all Learning Playlists in your online academy. You can see how many users are enrolled and what the total progress is for all these users. When you click on a Learning Playlist, you can see which users are enrolled and exactly how far they have progressed.

Compliance

The "Compliance" page provides insight into the qualifications within your academy. The page is structured as follows:

  • At the top of the page, you immediately see the number of users who are fully qualified, not fully qualified, or have a qualification that is about to expire. You can send a message to these user groups at once using the chat functionality. This is an individual message (not a group chat) that is sent to the entire group of users simultaneously.

  • The overview displays all users and all qualifications. For each qualification assigned to a user, the status of that qualification is shown. This can be “Qualified” (green), “Not qualified” (red), or “About to expire” (orange).

    • By clicking on or hovering over the status dot of a qualification with your mouse, more information will be displayed.

    • From the overview, you can send a message to a user via the chat functionality. The chat icon becomes visible when you hover your mouse in front of the user's name.

    • The “Difference” column shows the number of qualifications that have been assigned to the user, but for which the user is not yet qualified.

  • You can filter the view using the filter icon in the top right corner.

    • The sort functionality allows you to sort by users, company, or department. If you choose to sort by team, role, or group, only users who belong to a team, role, or group will be shown, sorted by that category.

    • With the filter functionality, you can filter by qualification, user, company, department, team, group, role, qualification status, user status, and expiration date.

    • Using the save icon, a filtered view can be saved. This allows it to be displayed again later via “Select view.” Additionally, one view can be marked as the default. If you make changes to a view, you can choose to update the existing view or save it as a new one.

  • Using the export buttons, you can generate an export of the qualifications. You can choose to export either the current view or a complete export of all qualifications.

Approvals

Here, you can see whether there are any pending approvals for your users. For example, you can review requests from the library or submitted assignments here. You can read more about assessments in this article.

Tip!

In the various views in "Insights", you can click on the title of a column to search within that column.
