From the menu bar on the left, go to "Content".
Click on โAddโ.
Choose "Microlearning" as the type of learning activity and click on "File".
Add the general information.
Title: Give the learning activity a title so you can easily find it in the library.
Author: By default, the academy name is used as the author name.
Study time: Here you can enter an indication of the study time.
Themes: Add at least one theme.
Skills: Add up to five skills here that you develop with this learning activity. This is optional.
Upload the file you want to use. Either drag the file to the Drag & Drop area, or choose a file on your computer.

Document as a learning format in a learning activity
Open the learning activity in which you want to add the learning format via "Content", and click "Edit".

Add a title. The file will be saved as a learning format in the Warehouse based on the title. You can hide the title from users by clicking the eye icon next to the title.
Upload the file you want to use. Either drag the file to the Drag & Drop area, or choose a file on your computer.
Click "Save".
Note!
The maximum file size for a document is 50 MB.
Tip!
You can add learning objectives and tags to learning formats. Learning objectives are useful for creating exams based on specific objectives. By using tags, you can easily find content in the Warehouse. As you start typing, suggestions will appear for learning objectives and tags you have previously used.
How can I use a document in my academy?
Using a document allows you to make internal documents available through the online academy. For example, during the onboarding of new employees, you can use this method to make the employee handbook accessible, so that users can easily find all information related to internal processes.
