With podcasts, you can add inspiring audio broadcasts to your online academy. It can be your own podcast, but also an existing podcast from a large podcast library through our integration with Listen Notes.
How do I create a podcast?
Go to 'Courses' in the menu bar.
Click on 'Add'.
Choose the learning activity 'Podcast'.
Add the general information. Fill in the title, study time, theme(s) and, if necessary, a description. Then click on 'Create new activity'.
Title. Give the external exam a title so you can easily find it in the library.
Author.
Study time. Here you can give an indication of the study time.
Themes. Add at least one theme.
Description. Here you can add additional information about the learning activity, such as its main purpose.
Skills. Add up to five skills here that you develop with this learning activity. This is optional.
Adding content
Next, type the title of the relevant podcast in the search bar and click on it to add it. The podcast will then be added automatically. This includes taking over the title, description, and photo of the podcast. Additionally, all episodes of the same podcast can now be listened to.
How can I use a podcast in my online academy?
You can make the podcast available in the library, where users can search for information and learning activities that they find interesting. Read here how to make an activity available in the library.
You can also add the podcast to a Learning Playlist, making it part of a learning journey for your users.
