In the Library (Discover), users can search for learning activities that they find interesting or want to learn more about. Read more about what you can do with the Library in this article.

How do I make learning activities available in the Library?

For each learning activity, you can choose whether or not to make it available in the Library. You can do this in the settings of the learning activity. Click on the blue slider next to 'Visible in Library'. The learning activity will then be visible to users.

For an e-learning, you will also find the option 'approval needed', which requires users to obtain permission from an administrator or manager before they can start the learning activity.

Why should I make learning activities available in the Library?

When you make learning activities available in the Library, users can search for topics that they find interesting and want to learn more about. By giving users input into what they will learn, they will be more motivated to continue learning, among other benefits.
