In your online academy, you can add links to external pages. This allows you to, for example, make interesting articles available from within your online academy.
How do I add a link?
You can add a link as a separate learning activity, namely a microlearning. Additionally, you can add a link as a learning format within a learning activity. Both ways will be discussed in this article.

Go to ‘Courses’ via the menu bar.
Click on ‘Add’.
Choose ‘Microlearning’ for learning activity and click on ‘Link’.
Add the general information. Fill in the title, study time, theme(s), and optionally a description. Then, click on 'Create new learning activity’.

Add the link URL. Copy and paste the URL into the bar.
Add an image. Often, an image from the linked page will automatically appear. If not, you can add your own image.
💡 Tip: Learning objectives and tags
You can add learning objectives and tags to learning formats. Learning objectives are useful for creating exams based on specific objectives. By using tags, you can easily find content in the Warehouse. As you start typing, suggestions will appear for learning objectives and tags you have previously used.
How do I use a link?
You can make the link available in your library or add it to a Learning Playlist for a user. Of course, you can also enroll specific users in the learning activity that contains the link. This way, you can direct users to a website or an article that is of interest to them.
