Tabs give you the option to divide content into smaller sections. This helps create a clear structure and supports the user in learning based on that structure. By categorising the content, you also avoid presenting one long block of text. Tabs are useful, for example, when outlining step-by-step instructions or describing a process.

How do I add a tab?

  1. Open the e-learning or microlearning via "Content" and click "Edit".

  2. Select the learning format "Tab".

  3. Add a title and optional description. The tab will be saved as a learning element in the Warehouse based on this title. You can hide the title from users by clicking the eye icon next to it.

  4. Add tabs. Click the plus icon to create a new tab. Each tab gets its own title and content. The content can consist of text, but you can also add images, tables, and different types of blocks by clicking the "+" to the left of the text field. You can add up to six tabs.

  5. Adjust the order if needed. When you hover over a tab, six dots will appear. Click and drag these to rearrange the tabs.

Tip!

You can add learning objectives and tags to learning formats. Learning objectives are useful for creating exams based on specific objectives. By using tags, you can easily find content in the Warehouse. As you start typing, suggestions will appear for learning objectives and tags you have previously used.
