With an infographic image, you can highlight specific parts of an image or draw extra attention to them. When a user moves their cursor over a hotspot, the corresponding explanation appears. This way, you can make an e-learning interactive, helping users remember the information better.

How do I add a hotspot image?

  • Choose the learning format 'Infographic'.

  • Add a title and optionally a description. The text is saved in the Warehouse based on the title. You can hide the title from users by clicking on the eye icon next to it.

  • Add the image. Click 'Edit image' and choose an image from your computer or search for an image through Unsplash.

  • Add hotspots. Simply click on the desired location in the image to add a hotspot ('+'), and type the explanation in the corresponding text box. In addition to text, you can also add images, tables, and different frames to your text. Click on the '+' on the left side of the text box to do so.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Learning objectives and tags

You can add learning objectives and tags to learning formats. Learning objectives are useful for creating exams based on specific objectives. By using tags, you can easily find content in the Warehouse. As you start typing, suggestions will appear for learning objectives and tags you have previously used.
