Administration export

Learn how to create an administration export

In the academy, it is possible to create an administration export. This export shows which learning activities users are enrolled in and when they were completed. You can select which columns you want to include in the export.
This article explains how to create the export and what it contains.

How do you create an administration export?

To create the export, follow these steps:

  1. Go to 'Insights' via the menu on the left and click 'Exports'.

  2. Enter the date range. Learning activities assigned to a user within this period will be included in the export.

  3. Select which columns you want to see in the export. By default, all columns are selected.

  4. Click 'Total export'.

What information can I find in the administration export?

The administration export contains the following information about enrollments in learning activities per user:

  • User data: User information such as name, email address, and the organizational unit they belong to.

  • Learning activity: Information about the learning activity the user has completed. This includes:

    • Activity/Playlist ID: The ID of the learning activity

    • Type: The type of learning activity. The following types are displayed in this column:

      • Learn: e-learning

      • Playlist

      • Inventorisation: Evaluation

      • None: All other learning activities

    • Learning Activity name: The title of the learning activity

    • Learning app: The following types are displayed in this column:

      • Learn: e-learning

      • Inventorisation module: evaluation

      • None: other learning activities

    • Registered on Learning Activity: Registration date for the learning activity

    • Active in this Learning Activity since: Date when the user was first active in the learning activity

    • Extended on: The date of re-enrollment, after the user was unenrolled and re-enrolled in the learning activity

    • Extended to: The date when the registration expires

    • Registration active: Status of the registration. The status can be active (true) or inactive (false), for example due to unenrollment or an expired registration

    • Cost Center: The user's cost center, filled in under User data

    • Theme's: The themes linked to the learning activity
