Through My Growth, users have a clear overview of all their learning and performance-related activities. Here, they can find their current learning activities, learning history, qualifications, and everything related to performance, such as skills and feedback.
My learning activities
In this section, users can instantly view all the learning activities they are currently working on, including deadlines and newly available activities. They can start any learning activity directly from here.
The learning activities under 'My learning activities' are organized as follows:
Activities requiring action, such as learning activities with upcoming deadlines.
The last three learning activities the user has worked on.
Reopened and newly added learning activities.
All other learning activities, sorted alphabetically.
Learning history
The timeline provides users with insight into their learning history. They can see when they started a learning activity, when they completed it, and which sessions they attended. Want to review previous learning activities? Simply open them from the learning history. Additionally, this page offers analytics, giving users insights into their preferred learning styles.
In addition, the user can add items to their portfolio via the 'Add' button at the bottom left. For example, if the user has followed an external training. They enter the following information:
Details: Enter the title of the portfolio item here, the date on which it was completed and the category (e-learning, exam, physical Meet-up, digital Meet-up).
Optional details: Enter the study time of the portfolio item here.
Document: Upload relevant document for the portfolio item here.
Submit portfolio item for approval: Select here whether you want the portfolio item to be assessed. Optionally add a comment for the manager and/or administrator here. By having the item approved, it counts as a fully completed learning activity for reporting purposes, and it becomes visible to the manager and administrator through My Team.
