Read here about the automatic emails sent to administrators from the academy

At various times, the online academy sends automatic emails to administrators, users, and managers. This article explains which emails are sent to administrators and under what circumstances.

If you’re looking for information about automatic emails and notifications to users and managers, you can find that in this article.

You cannot customize the content of these emails yourself. However, there is one email you can customize:

  • Invitation administrator

💡 Note: These emails are only sent if the 'Send Automatic Emails' toggle is turned on in the online academy settings.

Overview of emails

  • Invitation

    The administrator is added to the online academy, and an invitation is set to be sent. The email is dispatched once the administrator is marked as 'Active,' and it is sent 30 minutes after the administrator is added.

  • Invitation reminder

    If the administrator has received an invitation but has not yet created a password, a reminder is sent 3 days and 10 days after the initial invitation.

  • Forgot password

    If the administrator clicks 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enters their email address, a reset email is sent only if the account is active.

  • Account blocked

    After 3 failed login attempts with incorrect credentials, the administrator's account is blocked, preventing further logins. The block is lifted when the administrator resets their password.

  • New session registration

    A new registration for a session has been made. Condition: The administrator's email address must be listed under 'Manage notifications' in the meet-up settings.

  • Session automatically cancelled

    A session of a meet-up is automatically canceled due to insufficient registrations. Condition: The administrator's email address must be listed under 'Manage notifications' in the meet-up settings.

  • Submission received

    A user has submitted an assignment that requires evaluation by an administrator.

  • Pending evaluations

    A user has submitted a request for a certificate (from a qualification or external exam), qualification, or learning activity. This request is still pending evaluation.
