The default URL for your academy is customername.rakoo.com. We can change this to a URL on your own domain, and we are happy to assist with this. We will also ensure that the new URL is secured with an SSL certificate. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or reach out to support for assistance.
Steps to change your academy URL
Let us know what the new URL should be. You will also need to create this URL yourself. Typically, URLs are in the format academy.customername.nl.
In your DNS settings, create a CNAME record that points to api.rakoo.com. It should look like this:
Note: The period after api.rakoo.com. is part of the record.
Once you have made the DNS changes, inform us. We will then arrange the SSL certificate for the new URL.
After the SSL certificate is set up, we will update the URL of your academy. From that point on, users and administrators will no longer be able to log in via the old URL.
