When you log in to your online academy as an admin, you'll land at the administrator dashboard. This page gives you insight into how your academy is being used, shown in a clear set of widgets. You can arrange these widgets in the order that works best for you — so that the most relevant information is always front and center.

Learning activities, enrollments and users
Here you can see the number of learning activities available in your online academy. You can also create a new learning activity from this section.
In addition, you'll see the total number of enrollments across all learning activities.
Lastly, this is where you’ll find the number of active users in your online academy — and you have the option to add a new user right away.
This many users meet their qualification(s)
Here, you can see how many users do or do not meet their qualifications. You’ll also see how many users are close to having their qualification expire. Click through to view exactly which users this concerns.
This yields a library visit
Here you can see the percentage of Library visits that result in an enrollment in a learning activity. Use the filters to select the time period for which you want to view this conversion rate.
These are popular themes
Here you can see the most popular themes of learning activities users have enrolled themselves in. Use the filters to select the time period for which you want to view the topic popularity.
This is open for assessment
Here you can see how many requests are still pending. By clicking on them, you can review the requests.
How often people log in
This shows how often users log in to your online academy. You’ll see the total number of visits, split between the mobile app and the web version. You can also apply filters to view visits within a specific time period.
This is how much is being learned in the academy
This shows how many learning activities have been started and completed. Use the filter to select the time period you want to view.
Upcoming meetings
Here you can see which meet-ups are scheduled. You’ll also see whether it’s a physical or digital meet-up, and how many users are registered. If a meet-up is fully booked, this is indicated with a "Full" label. You’ll also see how many users are on the waiting list. If there’s a registration deadline approaching, it will be shown with a blue label.
This is what your team is working on
Here you’ll see a timeline of learning activities users have started and completed. You can click on the name of the user or the title of the learning activity to go directly to My Team, where you’ll find more details about that user or activity.
