Sometimes you may want to export data from the online academy, such as a file containing all users of a specific e-learning course. Or perhaps you want to import data into the online academy, for example to create new users.
These imports and exports can be found in the download centre.
How does the download centre work?
Go to “Downloads” via the menu on the left.
The columns provide information about the relevant requests. You can see whether it concerns an import (input) or export (output) file, what type of import or export it is, when the request was made, until when it is available, and its status.
For an export, an additional button will appear once processing is complete. This button allows you to download the file and will remain available for one full day.
