Within the academy, you can create an export related to the arbeidsdeal. The export contains information about users’ completed learning activities. Approved portfolio items are also included in this export.

This article explains how the export works.

How do I create the Arbeidsdeal export?

To create the export, follow these steps:

  1. Go to “Invoicing” via the menu on the left.

  2. Select the “Arbeidsdeal” tab.

  3. Enter the date range. Learning activities completed within this period will be included in the export.

  4. Click “Generate report”.

What information will I find in the Arbeidsdeal export?

The arbeidsdeal export contains the following information about users’ completed learning activities:

  • User details: This section includes user information such as name, email address, and the components of the organisational structure they belong to.

  • Manager: Here you can see who the user's manager is, and whether the user is a manager themselves.

  • Learning activity: This section includes information about the learning activity the user has completed. The learning activity information contains:

    • The title of the learning activity

    • The type of learning activity – formal, informal, or initial. This type is added by the administrator in the settings of a learning activity. If this type is not specified in the settings, the field will be empty in the export

    • The format – course, content, or workshop. These correspond to the following learning activities in the academy:

      • Course = Learning Playlist

      • Content = e-learning, microlearning, LTI, SCORM, exam, assignment

      • Workshop = meet-up

    • Study time: the study time is shown in minutes

    • The date on which the user was enrolled in the learning activity

    • The date on which the user completed the learning activity
