Learning activities are automatically marked as completed when the user has finished the activity. For example, when a user completes an e-learning course and meets all the completion requirements, or when a user submits an assignment, and it is approved.
In some cases, you may need to manually mark a registration as completed because the user no longer needs to follow the learning activity. This article explains how to do that.
Marking a learning activity as completed
Find the user in the user overview and open the user's detail page using the pencil icon.
Go to the enrollments tab.
Click on 'Actions' and then select 'Change status to completed'.
The learning activity is now marked as completed for the user. It will now appear as completed in the user's overview.
