What is a Feature Request?

We welcome your feedback on the online academy! It could be that there's something you would like to see in the academy that doesn't exist yet. This is what we call a feature request. We strive to continuously develop and improve the online academy, and we do this based on several factors, including input from our customers. We would appreciate receiving your input through our support channel.

What do we do with your feature requests?

Since we develop and optimize the online academy for all of our customers, the feature requests are broad. Unfortunately, we can't develop everything, but we make choices that improve the online academy for all of our customers. This is how we work together to create a better product.

When you submit a feature request, it's important for us to know why you want that specific functionality in the online academy. What goal or problem will this functionality solve for you? We may need additional information from you. If we see that the feature request doesn't fully align with our vision, we will let you know.

Will my feature request be implemented, and if so, when?

While we do take note of the feature request, we cannot guarantee that it will actually be implemented. This depends on several factors, such as the impact of the functionality on the entire platform, the number of other customers who have the same request, and whether it aligns with our vision and roadmap. Additionally, the final feature may differ from your original request, but it may still help you achieve the same goal.

Since we want to be flexible in developing the online academy, it's difficult for us to estimate when certain features will be developed. If possible, we will share with you if a certain feature request will actually be developed.
