What are user logs and what can I do with them?
In the user logs, you can view the activity history of a user account. These logs include, among other things, all login attempts, and as an administrator, you can see when a user has been enrolled in a particular learning activity.
Sometimes it is useful for administrators to access these logs. For example, when a user reports issues with logging in. The administrator can check the logs to see if the user may have entered an incorrect password and, if necessary, send an invitation to create a new password.
How can I access the user logs?
Accessing user logs is only possible if you have the correct permissions.
To be able to access user logs, you need the "View users" and "Manage users" permissions.
Go to “Users” via the menu on the left.
Search for the user whose logs you want to view.
Click the clipboard icon in that user's row.
What do the different logs mean?
