Some steps you can take when users or administrators experience issues with receiving emails

Sometimes, users or administrators may experience issues with not receiving emails from the online academy. This can be quite frustrating. Fortunately, there are several steps you can take on your own to resolve this problem. Read below to find out what you can do!

Troubleshooting steps for email issues

1. Check the email settings. You can do this by going to Settings > Mail. Make sure the setting for 'Send emails automatically' is enabled.

2. Check your spam folder. Make sure the emails are not being redirected to your spam folder. You can add an email address to your contacts list to prevent emails from ending up in your spam folder.

3. Verify the user or administrator's email address for any spelling errors or unnecessary characters. Sometimes, when copying the email address, an extra space may be included, causing the email address to be incorrect.

4. Send a new invitation to the user or administrator. You can find instructions on how to do this here.

5. Check with your IT department or system administrator to see if our domain is being blocked. If that's the case, they can whitelist the following domain: rakoo.com.
