When you have multiple learning environments, you can share learning activities from one environment with the others. This means you only need to create the learning activities once and can use them across all environments. Any changes you make to the central learning activity will also be immediately reflected in the shared learning activities.
Every type of learning activity can be shared with other academies.
How do I share my learning activities?
After creating a learning activity, go to the detail page of that activity and open the “Sharing” tab.
Find the online environments you want to share the activity with and enable the toggle for those environments.
Click “Save changes” at the bottom.
You can only edit the shared learning activity in the environment where it was originally created.
However, it is possible to enrol users in a shared learning activity from the environment it has been shared with. You can also add the learning activity to a Learning Playlist from a shared environment.
