What is the Rakoo Academy?
How do I incorporate our own corporate identity into the online academy? And how do I create a truly effective training? To assist new administrators, we have developed the Rakoo Academy. Here, you will learn everything you need to know to make your online academy a success!
The Rakoo Academy is filled with videos, microlearnings, and articles. You can access them via ‘Discover’ as separate activities, or you can participate in Learning Playlists to learn all about a specific topic.
What topics are covered?
Developing learning activities
Information about the structure of a training, creating an effective first training, and what not to do. Additionally, this theme also includes information about the Warehouse, and when to choose which learning formats.
Organisational Structure
In this theme, you will learn how to set up the organisation with, for example, departments and functions. This way, a new employee will be assigned the right trainings based on his/her function.
Users
What is an online academy without users? You will learn how to add users, the various ways to do so, and how to quickly track user progress.
Administrators
As an administrator, you have more available options within Rakoo than a regular user. For example, you can modify the settings within your online academy, and create new trainings.
Settings
Of course, you want your online academy to reflect your own corporate identity. In this theme, you will learn how to achieve this. Additionally, you will receive further information on how to send specific emails, and adjust further settings.

Access to the Rakoo Academy
All new customers gain access to the Rakoo Academy. Are you not a new customer, but also want access? Of course that’s possible. If this is the case, please contact your Customer Success Manager or support.
Logging into the Rakoo Academy
To log into the Rakoo Academy, you will need a user account. This account is separate from your admin and/or user account in your own online academy. Therefore, the login credentials for the Rakoo Academy are different from those used to access your own online academy. If you already have an account, you can log in here.
