We send automatic emails to users on various moments, for example, an invitation for users and administrators when a new activity is assigned to a user. These emails are by default ready for you in the academy, but you're free to edit pieces of the content.
How do I customize the default emails?
Click on 'Settings' on the left in the menubar and then on the tab 'Mail'. At the right, you see all emails that are being sent, both to users and administrators. When you click on the pencil icon, you can edit the email.
Default emails in different languages
You can also add multiple languages. The language you assigned to the user will be the same language in which the emails are sent. A part of the email is generated by us, the rest can be edited. The part we generate automatically changes into the language assigned to the user.
