On the "Invoicing" page, you can view the monthly licences within your online academy. You can consult various overviews here and also export them.

Here you can see how many new users have been added each month and how many users have been renewed. Using the month filter at the top, you can select which month’s overview you want to view. Additionally, you can export both the new users and the users whose accounts have been renewed.

Here you can see an overview of all users in your online academy. You can set filters above the columns in the table. You can also export this table, either in its entirety or just the filtered view.

Here you can export the new and renewed users for a specific month.

Managing multiple academies

If you manage multiple online academies, you can also use the “Total export” option to export all new and renewed users per month across these different academies.

Here you can create a custom export. This allows you to tailor the downloaded file to best suit your needs.
