Monthly

This report shows the number of new users added each month and the number of users who renewed their licenses. You can set the month filter at the top to view the desired overview. Additionally, you can export both the new user and renewal user data.

All users

This report provides an overview of all users in your online academy. You can set filters above the table columns to refine the view. It is also possible to export this table, either the entire dataset or the filtered view.

Total export

This allows you to export data for new and renewed users for a specific month.

Managing Multiple Academies

If you manage multiple online academies, you can use the 'Total export' feature to export all new and renewed user data per month across these different environments.
