By implementing your own corporate identity into your online academy, you can give your users the feeling that they are learning and developing in their own online academy.
Where do you customize the design of your online academy?
You can customize the look & feel yourself. First, navigate to 'Settings' on the left side of the menu. Then, select the 'Design' tab.
What can you change in the design?
On this page, you can modify the colors, logos, images, and certificates.
Look & Feel
On the left, you can change the colors that appear in your online academy. Administrators and users will see these base colors in, for example, the buttons they use to navigate through the online academy. The gradient color becomes visible in the header image spot, when no header image is uploaded (see below).
Images
On the right, you can add all the logos and images that you would like to display in your online academy. Refer to this guide for our recommended image formats.
Logo: This is the logo at the top left of the online academy in the header. Both users and administrators will see this logo.
App logo: Here, add the logo that will be displayed in the app after a user has logged in.
Favicon: Here, add your own favicon. This will be shown in the browser tab (does not work in Safari and Internet Explorer).
Background image inlog module: Here, change the image that users see in the login screen.
Background library: Here, add the header that the user will see in the Library.
Background dashboard: Here, add the header that users will see on the dashboard.
Certificate
Here, upload an image that will be used as the background for certificates. In the middle of the certificate, a white block will be placed by default, containing the user's information and the details of the completed learning activity.

To customize the design, you need the appropriate permissions, namely 'Manage basic settings' and 'Manage design’.
