In the online academy, various data is available to help you understand how your academy is being used. For example, you can track how far users have progressed with a specific learning activity, which types of activities are most popular, and which devices are most commonly used for learning.

General analytics
Via "My Team" in the left-hand menu, you'll land directly on the "Overview" tab. This page gives you insight into the overall progress of your users, including information about started learning activities and the number of visits to the online academy.
You’ll also see the percentage of users who have logged in within a selected period, and whether those visits were made via the web or the app. Most of this data can be filtered by day, month, year, or always.
Analytics per learning activity
Per learning activity, usage and progress data are available. When you open a learning activity via "Content," you can navigate to the "Participants" tab to see who is enrolled in that activity. This tab shows you when participants were enrolled, when they were last active, their current progress and whether they’ve completed the activity. This gives you clear insight into how users are engaging with the activity and allows you to track overall participation and completion.
From the detail page of a learning activity, you can also navigate to the "Analytics" tab. This section displays general data about the specific learning activity, such as how users have rated it. In addition, you'll find various insights into how the activity is being used, including the number of registrations and he number of completions.
These data points can be filtered by week, month, or year, allowing you to spot trends and understand the activity's impact over time.
Library statistics
Via "Content" in the left-hand menu, you'll get an overview of all learning activities in your online academy. Under the "Statistics" tab, you can gain insight into which learning activities are most popular and which search terms are being used in the Library.
