Within the online academy, various data is available regarding the usage of the online academy. For example, the progress of users in specific learning activities, the popularity of different types of learning activities, and the devices that are used the most for learning. This article discusses where you can find these insights.

General analytics

Via ‘My Team’ in the menu, you can directly navigate to the ‘Overview’ tab. On this page, you'll find information on user progress, started learning activities, and visits to the online academy. Additionally, you can view the percentage of users who logged in during a specific period, and whether the visits were made through the web or the app. Most of this data can be filtered by ‘day’, ‘month’, ‘year’, or ‘always’.

Analytics per learning activity

For each learning activity, data is also available regarding the usage of and the progress on that specific learning activity. When you open a learning activity via ‘Courses’, you can go to the ‘Participants’ tab to see the enrolled participants. Here, you can view their enrollment dates, date of last activity, progress, and whether they completed the learning activity.

On the learning activity page, there is also an ‘Analytics’ tab. Here, you can find general data on that specific learning activity. Such as, its rating and various data related to its usage. For example, the number of registrations and completions. This data can be filtered by ‘week’, ‘month’, or ‘year’.

Library statistics

Via ‘Courses’ in the menu, you can access an overview of all the learning activities in your online academy. Via the ‘Statistics’ tab, you can gain insights into popular learning activities and which keywords are used in the library. For more information on library statistics, refer to this article.
