New users receive an invitation email with a link to set a password for accessing the online academy. You can resend the invitation if needed. Use this function if, for example, the user has forgotten their password, did not receive the invitation email, or if you chose not to send the invitation immediately when adding the users.
It may take up to 30 minutes for an email to be delivered to the user.
(Re-)inviting an individual user
Go to “Users” via the menu on the left.
Find the relevant user and click the pencil icon at the end of the row.
Click “Resend invitation email”.
(Re-)inviting multiple users at once
Go to “Users” via the menu on the left side of the screen
Select the users you want to send an invitation email to.
Click the envelope icon in the top right corner to send the invitation email to the selected users.

Do you want to select all users? Click the checkbox in the row with the column headers.
Scroll all the way down to make sure everyone is selected.
