New users receive an invitation email with a link to set a password for accessing the online academy. You can resend invitations to users if necessary. Use this feature when a user, for example, has forgotten their password, did not receive the invitation email, or if you chose not to send the invitation immediately when adding the users.
Inviting an individual (again):
Go to the 'Users' section from the menu. You will see an overview of all the users in your online academy. You can use one of the search functions to find the specific user. At the end of the user's row, you will see four icons, click on the pencil icon. This will take you to the user's detail page. At the bottom of the page, you will see 'Resend the invitation', click on it to send a new invitation email.
Inviting multiple users at once (again):
You can also resend invitations to multiple users at once. Go to the 'Users' section from the menu. Place a checkmark in the checkbox (next to the user ID) for the users you want to resend the invitation to. Once you have finished selecting the users, click on the envelope icon in the top right corner. The invitations will now be sent to all the selected users.
When selecting all users (by checking the checkbox in the row with column titles), it is important to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list to ensure that everyone is included in the selection.
